With Smart Space, you cut out van hire, fuel, insurance, and double handling costs. Unlike traditional methods, which require you to stick to a fixed schedule, we bring the storage unit to your door. Pack at your own pace, and we’ll return to collect it when you're ready.

The Smart Space unit is 10ft long x 8ft wide x 8ft height giving you just over 640 cubic feet of space.

Each Smart Space unit is made of steel, fully insulated with spray foam and has a padlock system on the front doors which only the renter has keys for access. The Smart Space Hub is also a gated area that is locked outside of business hours, with a 24/7 CCTV security system with direct police link.

Yes, that’s what most of our customer prefer to do. Always try to load the biggest items first, then pack the smaller items around them. Use plenty of good packing materials including extra strong boxes and bubble-wrap, particularly when packing fragile items.

No, if you do not need the unit at your location, you can instead access your Smart Space unit at the Hub [69 Kempstones Road, Newtownards, BT23 4SQ]

We can leave the Smart Space unit with you for up to 24 hours or we can collect it again later on the same day. We can also arrange delivery and collections for evenings or weekends so you don’t have to take time off work. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
